Order cancellation and product return

You have the right to cancel an order prior to payment at any time prior to receipt. To cancel your order, please notify us in a convenient way.

In case the goods are canceled before receipt or the goods remain unclaimed at the special carrier, the paid amount is returned to your bank card or bank account according to the specified details from which the payment was made. Refund of transferred funds is made within 5-30 working days (the term depends on the bank that issued your bank card).

Cash refund is not made. In case of additional services, the amount is refunded minus:

- the amount of paid carrier services for delivery, insurance, storage and return of goods;

- reimbursement of costs associated with special packaging and engraving of the goods.
