To take advantage of these services, please contact us by any convenient means. If there are any problems with your jewellery, or if you require other services not covered by our Lifetime Warranty, your jewellery will be assessed for impending alterations.

Following the assessment, if a charge is to be made, you will be notified before any service work is carried out on your jewellery.

Free shipping

Get inspired, choose and buy and we will post the jewellery to you free of charge. We offer fast, free and secure delivery to all destinations, regardless of order value. Your order will be securely packaged and insured in transit.

Order status information is available as soon as your request is generated. Please note: We will not dispatch your order until it has passed a thorough quality control check. Diamond sets will be despatched as soon as they have passed inspection. All other jewellery and engagement rings are despatched within one to three weeks, depending on the jewellery production schedule. For your protection, BEST FRIENDS always:

1. Insures all goods for full value.

2. Uses specialised carriers for orders to deliver high value parcels in the fastest and safest way possible.

3. Requires all deliveries to be made to a home or office address.

4. Requires you to sign documents on receipt.

Easy return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original unworn condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.

To return an item, simply follow these returns procedures:

2. Let the agent know that you would like to return your order.

Returned goods must be undamaged and in new and unused condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Jewellery with obvious signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted and special orders are not eligible for returns. Diamond sets must be accompanied by an original Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note that some pieces of jewellery, due to the nature of the design, cannot be altered without a complete re-sizing, so it is very important that you order the correct size at the time of purchase. Free engraving

Why not engrave beautiful words, heartfelt phrases or a secret message on the inside of a ring or other piece of jewellery?

We offer a free engraving service.

Personalised ring engravings can be any alphanumeric combination up to 20 characters in length.

Looking for inspiration? Think about what you have in common, what you hold dear: memorable dates, declarations of love, initials or a phrase with a special meaning that only you two will understand!

Resizing

We will resize your ring free of charge within the first year of purchase. To increase or decrease the size, a small amount of metal is added or removed. Your ring may be slightly thicker or thinner as a result. This is a small difference that may or may not be noticeable to you.

We guarantee quality and will ensure that all our high quality standards are met and that the ring is adjusted to the size you require.

Some rings cannot be resized. This may be due to size restrictions, being outside the recommended range or design style. Once your ring has been inspected, you will be notified before any work is carried out.

It is important to note that your new ring may be slightly different from the original. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to take advantage of this service.

Diamond replacement

Any diamond purchased from BEST FRIENDS may be exchanged for any other larger diamond.

The exchanged diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity.
